High-temperature bearings

Bearings whose operating temperature is above 150°C are called high-temperature bearings. As the chromium bearing steel is used at a temperature exceeding 150°C, its hardness will drop sharply, the size will be unstable, and the bearing will not work normally. Therefore, for bearings that work under the temperature of 150℃~250℃, if the rings and rolling elements are still made of ordinary high-carbon chromium bearing steel, the bearing parts must be subjected to special tempering treatment, which should generally be higher than the working temperature 50 Tempering at ℃. The bearing steel that has been tempered according to the above requirements can be used normally at working temperature. However, due to the decrease in hardness after tempering, the bearing life is reduced. When the bearing operating temperature is higher than 250°C, it must be made of high-temperature bearing steel.

High temperature bearings can be divided into ordinary structure high temperature bearings and special structure high temperature bearings from the structural process.
Ordinary structure high temperature bearing: It mainly refers to the bearing designed according to the commonly used bearing structure and using high temperature resistant materials such as high temperature resistant bearing steel. There are mainly high temperature resistant self-aligning ball bearings, high temperature resistant deep groove ball bearings and high temperature resistant ceramic bearings.

In response to environmental protection requirements in this field, QIBR can currently provide bearing types for port ship lifting and transportation equipment: CARB toroidal roller bearings, spherical roller bearings (spherical roller bearings), deep groove ball bearings, angular contact balls Bearings, slewing bearings, full complement cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings, etc.
